I had joined the Gym facility of La beauty parlour and gym located in Ekbalpore, Kolkata.
On the day of joining of 20th January I was made to fill a form and deposited my membership fee. I was not given a membership card on that day and was promised to give it next day.

I had joined the morning gym classes and hence was not able to collect the Membership card from any administrative person due to the timing. Also as I didnt have my card I was not able to use the gym facility .On 27th January, I visited the gym in the evening asking for my membership card. In the end, I happened to meet the "Owner" of the parlour.

This lady was extremely aggressive with me, called her servant and asked for my form and membership money. She said tat she didnt like my attitude as i was checking on my mails on my blackberry. She then proceeded to tear my form in front of me and gave me back my money.

When I questioned her behavior she abused me, told me to " shut up" and also called her watchman to escort me off the premises. In short she humiliated me in front of her staff and other clients.

This kind of attitude is absolutely abhorrent and strict action should be taken against her.

Actually that Lady is wrong True| but then the mistake is yours too. You should have waited to collect your card on the very next day. i.e. the proof of your membership there. And if were not having then you should not have gone there regularly. Also anybody will feel bad if you will keep checking your mails while talking to them. its actually insulting.
