Home Fitness Direct, Enkay Heritage, TPS 403 Railway Station Road Panvel West - 410206 Navi Mumbai. In the reference of the subject I, Aashir Dalal would like to draw your attention towards your faulty product (motorized treadmill) purchased from your Baroda (Gujarat) outlet in November 2009. After first routine service in February, we found that very next day machine was not working. On complain, your local dealer sent a technician, checked/ ****ysed and told due to the motor breakdown the machine was not working-the dealer gave a statement that 'it was a coinsidence' and was replaced in the same week period. Now the treadmill was working properly. In June was time for 2nd service, technician did his job and in two days the machine stopped working - again judged by the local technician that motor has collapsed. 'it was a coinsidence' ..... He changed the same under warranty & again in two days some problem created now the technician told that the problem is with the Digital Data Card on top. 'it was a coinsidence' I think. And now on inquiry. the courier of the Digital Data Card (which has been sent on 23 July to Mumbai) has not reached till date .... what a coinsidence. I am tortured now, We don’t want to use this faulty product any more. My family members are totally afraid and not ready to use this machine due to risk of injury. I have also some medical problems but can’t use the product regularly. I insist Mr. Shyam Prabhakar (Local Dealer) for replacement but he refused. So now I request you directly before going for any further action to replace this faulty product immediately. If any injury problems will happened to me or my family members, your company would be totally responsible for the same. I have explained the same to Customer Service Cell (Baroda) & got advice for getting replacement by the company. Hope you will understand the problem & take positive action soon.
