i have registered for a weight loss programme in Vibes.
during end of an sessiion i had pain in my abdoman to whcih they told it will go.
later it cud not go & they told they will seek physiotherapist help.

nothing happened & i went for an holiday .. conitnuing the pain i had.. then it got severe & i sought medical advise & got different other opinions to problem to which i was not satisfied.
then when i came back to bangalore vibes ( as this pain started after session i thought they ll know better)they told that they are not concerend with this & we have to be on our own
after consultting expert i came to know its fat lump caused due to excercise which is causing problem there(which was exactly i went to vibes).
after going back to vibes JP NAGAR bangalore they told us that again they are not concerend & we can do whatever we can.
i need guidance as how can i tell them that they should take full care of coustomer haveing any problem with their therapies.
