Some days before I have ordered a TVC product slender shaper with order Id OC2693412. Due to some technical problems, I have returned the product to TVC for replacement. The Product has been delivered to TVC on or before 20 August 2011. They said product will be replaced within 7 to 10 days. But even after 6 to 7 weeks, I have not got the product and the company is not returning the money of product. Whenever I call customer care executive, they all are saying same thing that product will be dispatched within 7 to 10 days. I am erritated with service of TVC and want my money back or product as early as possible. Could you please take some necessary action on this.
