My complaint is against Fitness First , situated at Ambience mall, Gurgaon. I took a membership on Dec. 18th 2010 for 18 months and I was told that first 12 months is locked so my credit card would be auto debited
for rs.3254.00 every month so it has happened. even later I completed my 18 months by paying last in May 2010. Due to my personal problem I did not continued and even when I was travelling abroad on June 17th they have passed entries in their books on their own and charged my credit card as they had my number. Not only that even i did not offer my acceptance for continuation of membership they charged me again on July 1st 2010 for the same again. I saw this in my credit card statement now and when I approached bank they asked me to submit claim form , which I am doing, but Fitness First doesn't want to listen about it and are not caring about. They have done a crime by not taking my acceptance and have charged my credit card without my signatures. I want my money back and appropriate punishment for fitness first immediately.
