We had purchased a fridge from snehanjali (vasai east) in november 2009 after which within april 2010 it started giving cooling problem and repeatedly the same problem was faced by us every month and it is not rectified by the technicians after lodging several complaints and no response is being given by the technicians.And three times the compressor has been changed twice the problem of the timer has been arised which was changed and after that biometer and thermal fuse were changed after lodging a complaint, even after replacing all these parts again the cooling problem was been faced by us so we are demanding the replacement or the full refund for the same, as our PRODUCT IS IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.TILL NOVEMBER.last thursday our product has been taken away by the technician for checking purpose and the same piece will be returned back to us which we dont want . So help us for the same as there is no response from the techinician head Mr. Nadeem and the quality head Mr.Nilesh Gofane.
WE WANT REPLACEMENT.
