Dear Sir,

I was working with this company for some time. I kept my papers by giving official one month notice. They accepted notice with immidiate effect and refused to pay me my dues without any reason and now not responding to my any mails.

On the other head they send me a notice through their lawyer without any proof for various clamis damaging my character. After my reply to notice still they are unable to provide me proofs.

Please guide, whether I can bring both the issues in consumer court?
