Hi, I ordered some product over the phone in july and i was told that i would get delievered in 21 days, failing to which i cancelled the order in august. i was told i will get my refund in 60 days which i havent received till date, i have called ava customer service which is no help. They keep on telling to wait for some days and its been 3months and i am still waiting for the refund. the customer care number always goes busy now so its not even poosible to speak to any one which is of no use as it is
I dont know if i will ever get my money back.
