My father RK Pillai has this Aqua guard Reviva under AMC . The machine is not working since 25/10/10. A complaint - 83706701 was registered on the same day & again on 29/10/10 - 83802395 . The people have come without rectifying the same . I have even informed the company through there website yesterday. As of now my father is buying water daily for consumption. He is based in Chennai. kindly advise.
