We purchased a pair of shoe from Lilliput Showroom situated in DT Mega Mall on Golf Course Road.

The shoes were purchased for my daughter and when she wore it, she complained that there is something hurting and when we investigated, we found two nails on the inside of the right shoe. The sole of the shoe is okay and the nail has been left inside during the lasting process of shoe making. This has happened due to carelessness while making the shoe. She hurt her feet.

When I contacted Lilliput office I was given a very vague answer and no replacement or compensation has been offered.

THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!! AS THIS COULD HAVE CAUSED A SERIOUS INJURY TO MY CHILD AND COULD HAVE LED TO SOME PROBLEM TO HER !

I request you to please look into this and help and have this matter resolved.
