Hello Sir,

I am Manish Kumar Singh,Network Engineer in WIPRO.10 days back only I got transferred to Ambala City.

I had taken a Sim Card of Videocon from a shop of Ambala named as Manni, Prem Nagar, Near Reliance Web World, Ambala City, Punjab.The cost of the sim was Rs 80.The shopkeeper said the sim will be activated within 2 days and I will get an account balance of Rs.130.But the sim got activated after 4days.Its 7th day from the day I buyed the sim and then too I haven't got the balance yet.I asked the shopkeeper again about this,He said that he is not concerned with this.He added as he don't believe in Consumer Court.There is no meaning of this Consumer Court.

One of my friend buyed the same sim from some other shop, of Ambala only.It was activated within 2 Days,got the account balance and is working fine now.

So,this is clearly a case of misguidance.He would haven't asked me to wait for this much time.This wasted my precious time as well as disturbed my work Flow.

Kindly look into this matter and Let that person know what's the Importance and Power of Consumer Court.
