My parents had sent a parcel through Blazeflash couriers from Faridabad (Haryana) to Kolkata vide POD 218724624. The packet was recieved in damaged condition on 27th May, 2010. Upon opening it was found that many garments and artificial jewellery was missing from the same.
Kindly get us some solution for this.
