I am Ganesan From Tirupur.
I have purchased 4 nokia phones in different dates.
Models are7210,6500,2220 and another one not aware of the style used by my son.
All phone became repaire exactly on 13 th month.After the gurantee period.
Hope it is alraedy planed for regular income after sales .Doubt it may be planed in softwear it self.
Realy i am not expect this type of problem in Nokia.
Shocked.
The rapaire cost in nokia service centre is about 50% of the puchase price.
Even though it is repaired at nokia care still 7210 is not working.
I have checked with all my friends who is using nokia .they are also facing the same problem.
Nokia have to take care and sell a right product to the customer.
