and contacted Mr. Ashish he has visited to site and promise me that there is no problem and we can install tomorrow (29.6.10) I will come at 5 PM.and demanded Rs.1700 being 1390 cost of set top box plus installation Rs.300.
when I have asked for receipt he has given on plain paper and informed that when he come tommorrow he will give the same.

After 4 hrs waiting and he has come at 9 / 9.15 PM and installed since by that time it was 11.30 PM I have not insited receipt only form was filled up and given. Mr. Ashish has promised me to give all the documents on 30.6.10 and informed me that within 24 hrs services will be started.

Since he has got the money he has not reponded to my various calls nor till date has given me any papers.

I have lodged complaint on coustmer care on 1st July 10 and afterwords( No.14754848 and 14827471) with repeated promises that our engineers are coming to your house to rectify the fault nobody has turn up sofar.
when again lodged complained got SMS that by Monday evening 5.7.10 it will resolved.

During this i was told that your account has been activated and it will last till 2 august10 when told that it is free for 2 month Dimond pack came to know that installation charges not paid by me where has I have paid the full amount to dealer who has installed. since he is your dealer you are only responsible to give me 2 months free pack as per your scheme.

Dear sir form all side I am fedup with the service of Videocon and request you to see that my sevices stated today itself only.

Hope you will take action soon.
