I purchased a black chiffon designer saree and paid for it by using debit card, including shipment charges of Rs 130/- on 26/12/2011 I recd the parcel on 3/1/2012 which contained a cheap orange color polyester saree. I tried several times to contact them on the given phone no But the concerned Dept used to cut the phone after redirecting to them. Now after several complaints they ask me to send the saree back to them. Whats the guarantee that they will fulfill their obligation and who should pay for the shipping charges. They are not responding to my mails or phone
