Respected Sir,
I had bought a winters jacket from Aero club(Woodland store) 6267/9 , Sadar Bazar, Ambala Cantt (TIN no.- 06263009043) article no.-JC 198 on 11/01/2012. I checked it, it’s chain was not working properly and there was no second piece available in the store. Then store manager suggested me to buy that and they send this jacket to company back for repair. I agreed with manager and send jacket for repair on 12/01/2012. They gave me repair slip against jacket (Repair slip no.-506) , delivery date mentioned in that slip is 24/01/2012. They asked me to come continuously from 21/01/2012. But they are giving some stupid reasons for delay in that and behaving very rude. I am very disappointed with the services of the company as I am a student of B.Tech and my exams are going on, that’s why it ruins my precious time of my studies. I hope you understand my problem. Please help me out to overcome this problem. And after such a long time span they are demanding more 10 days for the jacket. After 10 days it will be useless for me as there will be end of winters.
