An attachment mentioning exclusive offers from AVA was sent along with the Standard Chartered Credit Card Bill.
I placed an order using the contact number displayed in the pamphlet - 01244 697999.

I ordered for a home theater (details mentioned below). I was told that if I placed an additional order then, I would be given a free gift worth INR 3000 for which I would have to pay only INR 200.
Hence the orders I placed with AVA using my Standard Chartered Credit Card were

The gift that I had opted for was a watch worth INR 3000, for which I paid INR 200
On 14/06/2010 a total amount of INR 4040 was taken from my Standard Chartered Credit Card towards these purchases.
I received both the products (Product 1 and 2), where as I still have not received the free gift (watch).
One of the speaker outputs of the home theater was not working properly and the only function working was the FM radio. Hence on 03/07/2010, I contacted the AVA regarding the replacement, i.e. within 48 hrs as mentioned in their conditions for replacements.
They had asked for 15 days regarding the pick up of the product, after which the replacement would be sent.
As of date a number of calls have been made regarding the pick up of the damaged product and the replacement of the same, but there has been no positive response from AVA's end on the same.
Either they should take back the product and refund the amount or give us the replacement as requested.
