I have purchased a LG double door GL-255VF5(ie. 5 star)
Refrigerator from big bazaar on dated 29/01/2012 and promised to deliver on dated 31/01/2012 but a GL-255VF4(ie. 4 star) refrigerator has been delivered to my place on 1/02/2012. As a proof of purchase I have the original bill and a copy of challan with me where it has been clearly shown a GL255VF5 Double Door Refrigerator have been booked.
On dated 2/02/2012 I have meet with big bazaar personals with the original bill I didn't get any positive reply

please suggest suggest me what I should do..
