Dear Sir,

I regret to state that I bought a lunch box from your Big Bazaar Hiland Park, Kolkata. shop on 26.01.2012 for the reason of SABSE SASTA 5 DIN offer @149/- on MRP of 299/-. On monday 30.01.2012, when I use the lunch box, one of the small container got cracked on two sides, being made up of stainless steel and having such a big brand back up,it was astonishing for me. Please find all the details as follows and kindly make arrangement for its replacement as soon as possible, so that the Trust which I had on the brand of BIG BAZAAR products for a long time remains intact.

I have mailed to them, at sharewithus@pantaloon.com

but the mail was bounced back undelivered. today , 03.02.2012 I have again mail to their futurebazaar mail.

Please look into the matter as urgent as there are only 15 days given by the company for the replacement.
