Sir/madam,
i had visited the Bigbazar in Kalyan in Metro mall
we where 8 college going students who went to the shop(after college hours) in theabove mentioned outlet,
we where not allowed inside the bigbazar for the reason that we where college students..
firstly there was no links of talks between the baggage counter and the security placed in the entrance.
The guy in the baggage counter rejected our bags saying that they donot accept college bags,so we where trying to get in with our bags, and we were stopped by the security placed in the entrance...they said we are not allowed inside with the bags ,which was right.so we told the security that the guy in the baggage counter was not taking our bags
so the security had no manners,they started saying"get out we cannot take you in",and they were not ready to talk to the baggage counter guy.which proved lack of conversation and intrest towards customer.
then we ourself went to the baggage counter guy and had a talk
the head of the security placed over there(monitor securities),he said us that 7 people can go in keeping all the bags with the one(who was among us) will sit outside keeping the watch on the bag,which was totally a big insult(no customer delight)
so we furthur went n spoke with the customer desk in the area with the head of the security
we were really surprized by the talks of the customer desk...we where told to make a compulsary purchase of 500Rs per head,which seems that they where forcing us to buy things from them, only then they will give the bag back,provided we promise them prior entering the mall
we had some bargaining with the customer desk and he agreed that we will be sent in but we have to compulsarily make purchase of atleast 200 Rs
we had to agree with them because we were in urgent need of some purchase from there
i hereby request you to look into the issue and see to it that whoever may be the customer, will be sent in without any partiality and without any complusion on the customer to purchase for some fix amount and let him enjoy the shopping



P.S. the security head was asking us to deposit 500rs with them so that he will accept our bag n let us go in...it was almost a situation that we had to pay bribe to get into the mall


please look into the matter and make us enjoy our rights
