Hi,

Big Bazzar announces "Sabse Saste 5 din offer" from 25 jan 12 to 29 jan12. We went for shopping as on 29 Jan 12 to Adtiya mall, indirapuram, ghaziabad store and found one offer noted as "GET SINGLE BLANKET WORTH RS 220/- ON PURCHASE OF RS. 2000/- & ABOVE FROM BIG BAZZAR". We purchased item of total 3096/- as details provided below:
Receipt no: 0005228 Amount: 223.83/-
Receipt no: 0008725 Amount: 777/-
Receipt no: 0010413 Amount: 2095.55/-

Based on above we asked Big Bazzar to provide as Blanket of worth rs. 220/-, but they said we have to pay 220/- extra for this.

The above offered blanket was MRP of Rs. 550/- and also on offer of 60% discount.

The Big Bazzar admin totally denied the offer and when we ask them to provide it in written they use abuse and ask their security team to throw us out.

We also logged call to Police using 100 number, when police come then they agreed to resolve the issue but on next day as it was 10:30 PM late night.

We try to followed up for next day but didn't get good response from their side.

Please look into this.
