Dear Sir,
The captioned Merchandise was introduced by My banker- HDFC Bank (Credit card service).
In the month of FEBRUARY'10 I had placed a Order for Blood pressure monitor (Product Code as per "AVA": H124).
They charged Rs.2496/- against my HDFC Credit card (However I had to pay in 6EMIs of Rs.416/-Each).
After long waiting and several communication with "AVA Merchandising" I am failed to received the product and on 19th May'2010, I placed a request to the "AVA Merchandising" to cancel my aforesaid order with there customer service executive namely, Sarala,Cancellation request no.-C/19/05/10/082.
Complain is that am yet to received the refund of my payment through HDFC credit card (as from March'10 to Till date I am charging with EMI Rs.416/-).
Request you kindly intervene on this matter to get back my emi amounts which I was forced to bear every month..
