Would like to bring to your notice an incident.

I along with my family went to buy a "suit" for my father and the shopkeeper had taken the measurment and promised that would stitch the suit well and my mother paid an advance. But later after a weeks time when we came for a trail of the suit...the suit's pants was stitched wrong... so we asked for a money back and the shopkeeper was not ready to even amend that wrong stitching done on the pants.

We lost a lot of money...since we paid an advance ...and that advance was not refunded...now I have approched the consumers Forum for JUSTIC.

Its a clear case where the comsumer has lots trust and I hope that u live up to our expectation.

The name of the shop is "Reception FOR MAN'S"- Invitation for Marriage.

I have booked one Kodak Camera, booking Id: 880000181 dated: 29.09.09 for Amount Rs. 5698/-, Membership No: ITBC09179627.
The Thing is that i have not receive the same after repeated follow on
