Some time ago, my mausiji bought the a pearl jewellery set with a necklace and a set of earings. She noticed after a while that 1 of the pearls out of 5 came out from the earing.
The same ( earing with 4 pearls and 1 separate pearl ) was brought to the shop by me, as lifetime warranty was given on that product. The set was returned after 15-20 minutes and i came home. On arrival at home, i found that the earing to be repaired had still 4 pearls and the 5th Pearl was not there in the case or earing.
On going to the shop and bringing the case to the manager at GIP shop, the manager was using abusive language ( which I cannot reiterate here ) and misbehaved with me by throwing the case back to me and told me to go away and that nothing could be done. He claimed that i had given for repair the earing with ONLY 3 pearls and 1 separate pearl , which they repaired and returned the piece with 4 Pearls.
I complaint to the PR manager of BG's and aslo wrote a mail to the owner stating the same....but no action has been taken by the company till now.
