after nearly one month of usage of this garments , i noticed that the quality of the fabric was not good,two pants and one shirt got faded away at spots. in this matter I approached the outlet on 21/5/2010 and I was refused to exchange the faulty clothes ,as per the person attending to my plaint used clothes cannot be exchanged .

in this context how can a person find that the fabric is not of good quality before using it.
