I purchased a kodac digital camera sl no KCGLM 00511275 on 03/05/2010 from R.K.COLOUR LAB& STUDIO, kapali theatre complex, S.C.Road Ghandhi Nagar Banglore 560008.At the time of purchase due to some techinical problems tax invoice was not given to me,only warrenty card was issued to me. When i claimed the bill from the shop they didnt give. meanwhile the camera got nonfunctional,when i approched the service centre with the guarentee card they refused to accept the same for repair.
After repeated following up today that is on 16-07-2010, they gave the bill with the wrong date that is from 05-03-2010. I was made to roam repeatedly and a false tax invoice was given with out proper signature,date and stamp.for the past three months i was mentally harashed by them by not giving the bill,which made me to spend more than 10,000 Rs outside.Due to their negligense i missed many sweet memories of my which i could have captured in my camera. this is cheating both the buyer and the government by not giving the invoice.
