This is to bring to your kind notice that i bought a pair of lakhani (disney) shoes worth Rs. 700.00 via retail invoice nos. 26647 dt. 16.01.2010 from a retailer at Vadodara with 1 year guarantee. The detail of retailer is "Shoe Man" Opp. Amdavadi Pole, Vadodara-01.
In 4 months shoes got torn badly. I went to the shop and he said me that it will be repaired nicely and you can collect it next week. When I went next week to his shop I was told that the shoes will be replaced you come after a week. Already 2 months have passed I didn’t get any replacement. My old shoes were with the shopkeeper till date. I got it back from the shop today. Since 2 months I am going to his shop but not getting any satisfactory reply. I’ll be grateful to if you can help me out. Atleast I should know whether the shopkeeper is making me fool every time I go to the shop or it’s the fault of company.
