    Default Complaint agaist Crocs India Retail Ltd.

    Dear Sir

    I had purchased a pair of ladies footwear from Crocs showroom in shop no. 167A in GIP Mall, Noida on Dec 24, 2009. The details of the footwear are:
    Lilywom 10510-060-W7

    Immediately after purchase I had to travel and could use the footwear only after a week. Within 10 minutes of using the footwear I developed a sore on my left 3rd toe. I removed the shoes and kept them safely.

    I could return to Delhi only in month of April. I took the footwear to the showroom and lodged a complaint. They took it for rectification under Product Review Form No 319 dated 06.04.2010. In the Form, the reason given to review is "Left third finger bite & cut & tight too"

    I did not hear from them even though I kept making enquiry on regular basis.

    Finally on 23.06.2010, in reply to a phone call, the showroom advised me that nothing could be done. The ground given to me verbally are:
    1. I should have checked the shoe for size and comfort before buying it.
    2. I had brought the shoes to them after considerable period.
    3. It is company policy not to take back or replace shoes once bought.

    On 01.07.2010, I approached the showroom and was advised to talk to Mr Gaurav Kaushik, Area Sales Manager of Crocs India. Mr Kaushik repeated the reasons for rejection and advised us to send complaint to Consumer Court.

    I may submit that the shoe was tested on my feet yesterday and was found to be at least half an inch loose.

    I request the Hon'ble Court to direct Crocs India to replace my shoes with a new model which may not present this problem or refund an amount of Rs 1895.

    Dear Sir,
    I had bought four pair of crocs for myself and my family in June 2010, from your outlet in Goa. I was really happy buying your worldwide popular and prestigious products. But to my surprise my pair has deshaped and the size is reduced by 2 number of one foot and by 3 number of another foot. I had spent more than Rs.10,000/- buying all the four pairs. I have the defective pair with me and cannot take to your outlet as I am a resident of Udaipur, Rajasthan. where there is no crocs outlet. Please advise what shall I do as I want them to be replaced. I can take them to Jaipur or Ahmadabad as per your advise and assurance of exchange. I hope to hear from your prestigious organization soon.

    Sir,
    I bought a pair of crocs in the month of June 2010 from your outlet located in Goa (Calangute). In fact I had bought four pairs for my family. The other three pairs are okay but my pair of crocs has lost the shape and the size too has reduced by 2 ( one foot ) to 3 ( other foot ) in number. I have the pair lying with me. I could not take it to your outlet as there is no outlet here in Udaipur, Rajasthan, where I reside.Please advise me the plan of action to be taken to get my refund or to get them exchanged. I had spent more than Rs. 12,000/- for all the purchase. I can take them to Ahmadabad or Jaipur at your outlet for refund or exchange once advised and assured by you. I hope to hear from you soon, as yours is a prestigious organization.

    Default Exchange of crocs shoe 8 for 7 not available in bangalore mall mantri mall and delhi

    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased one female crocs company show no 8 black colour from Bangalore Mantri Mall,
    on 27.05.2011 But the show which I have purchased for my daughter who has become a fan of crocs show was upset as the show was little loose to her. I came back to the same Mall at Banglore and went to shop no F15 on 3.6.2011 in the afternoon. There the stock for shoe no 7 in black colour was not available. I was leaving to Delhi on that evening and they advised me to do the exchange at Delhi itself and gave me assurance that I will get the same no and colour as my daughter likes. But after coming here I made a call to Vasant show room and also to Saket show room at Delhi and I was finally very surprised to know that both the showrooms were out of stock for crocs no 7. I could not belief that such a big show rooms getting out of stock for the requirements of crocs loving customers simply saying there is no stock and it would not be available even after three or four days.. I am leaving to Dharamsala on 10 evening to meet my daughter who is waiting there to see a pair of black crocs no 7 excitedly but I have to give her a purple pink colour crocs saying there is no stock of no 7 at bangalore the biggest mall and also in delhi at two show rooms. I dont know what she may feel. If possible my humble request is that before 10.6.2011 if you could arrange one pair of crocs no 7 black shoe than will be the happiest father to give it to my daughter as she likes crocs.

    Default Complaint for a modi flip pair

    Hi,

    I am a regular customer of crocs (especially the female models). I've been using 2 other pair of slippers for past 3-4 years now. Never had a problem with any of them.

    I brought 3 pairs of crocs female designs back in April 2011 (Bangalore). Gave one pair to my mother. She used it for sometime and kept it away in the store (wrapped in plastic bag for 3-4 months). Last week when I took them out to wear, one of the slipper (of the modi flip) had shrunk weirdly. I bought a W6 size...the shrunken one had become like W3 (I know it does not exist but just to state how much it reduced in size all over). the other foot's V-strap had become shrunken...the size remained same! Buying such expensive footwear for daily use and they get deshaped with hardly any use? I approached a Crocs retail dealer (Metro shoes, Brigade Road) and they said they will check what can be done (Of course I had not save the bill after I started using the product) Memo number given to me for repair/replacement is BGB\1244 on 19/11/2011. Please do the needful in this matter as I would like to get a replacement for my product.
