Hi,
I Purchased an Xbox 360 from Palika Bazaar,New Delhi.The Shopkeeper gave 1 year Gaurantee on it.Within one week it stopped Working.I went to The Shopkeeper and he refused to Replace the Faulty Machine but promised to repair it.I have in Writing his 1 year Gaurantee and also i have it in Writing that he has my Xbox360.it has been More than 2 weeks since i left my Xbox with Him but till now he has done nothing Regarding That.Now if i am right then The Customer court has a policy that if anything Stops working within 2 weeks it should be Replaced free of Charge by the ShopKeeper.Now,Could you Please Suggest how can i file a Complaint Against him In consumer court?
