Sir i bought Samsung F400 3G mobile at karimnagar Big C mobile shop, it was with warranty for one year. mobile is not working properly i went back to shop told that, they are not taking care of it and they are telling we are not responsible. they opened the mobile and saying that it will be repaired under non warranty of Rs/-800 for. i asked them for warranty, they are telling that it will be repaired only in Big C shop because it is the only in india taken contract of this model so u cant repair anyware in india. inspite of the authorized samsung service centre.
wat to do? help me and it should not happen to any one who purchases mobiles from Big C in karimnagar..

i bought a mobile phone ASUS P320
iemi no 352967021038991 on 21/01/11 from big c karimnagar
just after 4 days of use a problem related to charging occured,so on 6th february 2011 on warranty we gave it to big c for repair they gave us 15 days time to get it repaired,but after 15 days not only i didnt get the mobile phone back but also they denied warranty by saying some physical damage is been made to phone as it is related to charger connector of mobile..so they asked us to get the phone repaired by paying a service charge of rs 800.I agreed this was on 14 march almost one month passed.when ever I approached them the response was negative and still up to this date ie.29/04/2011 I didnt get my phone back repaired in good condition. as they are totaly neglecting the consumer's interests and queries so just I want to know what I can do to get the phone back .
