Hi,

I have purchased an item of 28.5K from ebay on 24th Dec2011 with Christmas gift voucher (YOU SHOP. WE GIFT.).

Ebay suggested to choose a gift from 5th Jan to 15th Jan but today (6th jan) when i visited a page (https://mobileorders.ebay.in/gift.php) to select a gift surprisingly i got a message stating that "Sorry you are not eligible for this promotion". I am not understanding this as the gift voucher i have enered was accepted at the time of purchase everything was fine.

Not sure whether the URL i have visited was the right one as Ebay no where mentioned a procedure or URL to claim a Christmas gift.
