    I have booked one Kurta through online shopping co. Fashion and You on 23rd Apr.they have verified the order from me on 25th Apr. But till date I have not received the item. Normally it is written on their site that delivery within 3-4 weeks. that is why I have not contacted them but today 18th May I called f& Y Call centre and now the customer care excutive informed me that item is not available with them. So this transaction is not possible. I asked the executive why didn't the informed me earlier. he only replied 'sorry maam'.
    So I would request you everyone who so ever tried this site please do not trust them. I was lucky that I had not used my credit/debit card rather I choose Cash on delivery otherwise my money would be gone.

    Thumbs down Fashionandyou cheating and not returning my credits back!!!!!

    Hi,

    This is Madhur Kabra and my id on fashion and you is bindasmadhur@gmail.com

    I am currently a very disappointed customer and wanted to get the resolution of my issue as soon as possible since it’s the 4th time I have contacted fashion and you customer care however haven’t received any response from you guys.

    You can check with the order number – 1209067 how many complaints might have been registered however my problem hasn’t been fixed up.

    Am going to write the problem for the last time here before moving to the consumer court and putting my complaint on all the forums that I know,

    This is how it goes, I had 1000 redeemable credits which was valid until 18th Jan , morning 5 AM. I did a purchase on 17th December 2011 amounting to 2250 so that I could redeem my credits. I used my available credits and went to pay for the items. However, once the payment was done, unfortunately I was shown the page cannot be displayed page during the payment process.

    When I went back to do a fresh purchase, to my surprise I saw that my credits were not showing as before. Hence I called up on 18th December 2011 and spoke to one of your employee, and was assured that the credits would be back in my account within 72 hours.

    I was very happy with the way the assistance was provided and waited for the next 72 hours. However, to my surprise, I didn’t see my credits being given back to me.

    Hence I called up the customer care again on 24th December and I was given apologies and again given the same kind of time span to wait for 72 hours for the credits to reflect back in my account.

    I called up again in the first week of January 2012 and it was the same thing promised to me .

    This is absolutely pathetic. I cannot wait an entire month to get something which was taken away from me for no fault of mine.

    Am thinking not going to be a customer with your company anymore and will make sure that i preach through all forums possible about what kind of business your company does. My next letter will be to consumer court now. I am so disappointed. No one should buy from fashion and you ever.

    I still expect a quick resolution from your side as soon as possible so that things are back to normal!!!!! You can call me on 9561911155!!

    As per the information available, validity of Invite Friend Voucher would not be extended.

    In case of unsuccessful transaction, voucher is automatically refunded in half an hour.

    If this is the resolution that u give to ur customers, i am sorry, I am walking to the customer court tomorrow.


    Why was i promised from 3 of your colleagues that the credits would be given back???


    Could u please let me know the email id of the owner for fashion and you?


    I am going to put this mail of yours including mine in all the consumer forums and going to take action.....




    The credits never came back in my account. .. I WAS TOLD BY UR COLLEAGUE WHEN I CALLED THAT THE CREDITS WILL COME IN 72 HOURS....
