Respected sir/madam,
This is Amar Agarwal who had purchased all wheather shoes from the outlet sv road near telephone exchange malad w Mumbai 400064. The mrp is rupees 699/- on 28th june however first time I am suffering problem from BATA INDIA LTD because it didn’t worked for a month also, on 3rd august I went to the shopkeeper and said about the problem the cashier told me you can take a replacement on Saturday ie 7th august.
On Saturday when I went to the cashier he said that you can choose a new one from the given choice I saw but didn’t liked I said I want my money back but he said money cant be refunded back but still if you want you can go and complaint on customer.service@bata.co.in and Bata India: Mens Shoes, Ladies Footwear,Chappals, Sandals, baby shoes, athletic shoes and Mens Casual Shoes India
Then he said that the shoes you took was having a defect from the company itself and if you take the shoes of the same value ie 699/- then we are not giving warranty and guarantee on it, its your own risk however you can choose from a range of above rs 1000/- that will not give you a problem and pay the difference but I don’t want to purchase the above value shoes because they all are cheap quality shoes.
So the cashier has given me the time till 15th august so it’s a humble request to please refund my money back one copy I am sending you and the another copy to consumer forum website. I am sending it to consumer forum because the cashier was confident enough that you are not going to get money back you have to purchase something.
