    Angry future group t24 mobile service.

    Hey whoever,

    I'm prateek. i got a t24 connection from Bangalore central a year back. when i started messaging today i saw that each message was being charged 60 paise. i called the customer care and told them that regularly my messages were charged 60ps for the first 3 messages and i would get 100 free. they told me that the offer was for just one year where i get 100 messages free (what offer is this? as if I got all the 100 messages free really. i paid 60ps for the first 3 didn't i?). forget that. future group even changed the talktime slab. BIG BUSINESS?? TOO BAD. first lure people into getting a connection and then make use of their helplessness. and even worse i asked the customer care if there is any paid recharge by which i can get free messages, they said no!
    this sucks! i have no option now. i should not message anyone? I'm a loyal future group customer. i shop at future group for everything that too even before they started t24 service. please look into the issue.
