Please check as had submitted my Samsung pixon M 8800 on 06.08.2010 to your centre located in R.K.Puram sector 8 as my handset was hanging a lot.

But till date I have nt received the status of my complaint despite of calling your service centre since 10 aug 2010.

Today again I called them for the status and they confirmed me that he had received the handset on 13 aug 2010. What the hell was happening from 06.08.2010 till 12.08.2010 to my handset ???

Please confirm me the status of my Complaint

you are big fool if you purchse extended warrantee from spice hotspot. so never ever puchase it alongwith handset. they will give your set to the unskilled persons and repaired set will be not fit for any use.
