On 8th of January 2012, at 20:55:30( timings) i went to this shop named HE 'N' SHE, shop No. 1,9th main road, new Thippasandra, Bangalore- 560075 and bought for my self a night wear for a cost of Rs745/-. i went back home and tried on, when i tried on i found that it is a loose fitting for myself. As it was evening and closing time i could not exchange it and more over in the bill it is stated that the exchange timings is from 11:00am to 3:00pm and there is no exchange on Saturday and Sunday. So on next day that is on 9th of January 2012 i went around 11:00am to exchange as it is written in the bill. when i went there the shop keeper is not exchanging the product and he saying that there is no exchange for fancy items. more over it is not at all mentioned any where in the bill that any fancy items are not exchanged. when i said it is not mentioned in the bill he started ignoring my presence. Not only the shop keeper, even the sales girl behaved very rudely and also shouted at me.
