Hi, My husband paid the full amount and booked for a 3 door wardrobe on 9th July 2010 from Hometown, vikhroli, Mumbai. We were assured by the sales guys in the store that though the particular item was not available in stock, they will be able to deliver the same within 15 days (i.e. 25th July 2010). We later noted that the advance receipt nowhere mentioned the word "maximum". when we did a follow-up with the store, we were told that the delivery date has been provided as 25th and would only be delivered by then. after a lot of begging, they said that may be able to provide the same by 23rd July. There were another series of calls and heated exchange with their customer service people over the phone, we received a call from their bhiwandi warehouse that the item will be delivered on 29th July by afternoon 2.30 p.m. I informed the same to the store and also was assured that the installation will be done on the same day (i.e 29th July) Fortunately, the item was delivered by 1 o'clock on 29th and i immediately called up the store guys again and updated them with the delivery status, to which they informed that installation will be done the same day. At 8-8.15 p.m., i called up the store again to inform that the installation guys have not turned up yet. they provided a contact number, which we tried calling till night 11.30 and was still switched off. today (30th July) i have been again trying to contact from morning 7.30 without any result. on calling up the store guys, they still want some more time to respond on my grievances. is this the best customer service which Mr. Kishore Biyani can provide to his clients?
