i have purchased one comocoder from homeshop18. on 29 Jul 10 I have booked vide order no 900069967 which received on 13 Aug 10. when i opened the pack i came to know that battery was not available with that. I purchased suggested cell and inserted to operate but could not succeed. I made a complain to homeshop18 vide complain no 6425444 dated 19 Aug 10. But after several reminder through telephone and email, did not get response by the homeshop. this one type of forgery. i want ot lodge a complain on the subject. Please do the needful. Thanks

One of our customers Mr. Raviranjan has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order of Wespro 5MP Camcorder with iCell Touch Screen Dual SIM Mobile on his blog posted on 10thSeptember 2010.

In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Wespro Corporation and advised him to sent back his product through our courier .

We are refunding his order value through cheque and same would be delivered in 3-4 working days .

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.

When i opened the courier, it was some other cheaper necklace set. I called up Homeshop18 support immediately and they promised to replace it. Someone called Neha Sharma from Noida office promised that they will arrange pickup of wrong product and dispatch new one. Till time i have called them twice and logged in a ticket via online account also but no help. Please help me resolve the same. I have already missed the occasion for which it was ordered.

My order no is 908122171 as mentioned in your website the product has to be delivered within 3-4 working days but after receiving the payment you guys are cheating me that the product has not even dispatched after 5working days. What should i do i have lost the confidence in them. Since i booked it for emergency requirement no response from them 24times i have called the senior and junior executives the reasons provided by each one of them is same that there is technical problem wait for 4-5 days if i call after 3days again they will be saying the same but no technical problem to deduct the money only to dispatch the product they have got tech prob, what should i do pls put me response and try to deliver the product within this week
