I have placed an order for a parker pen and a philips sandwich maker machine on january 11-2012.
My order number for the same is 30000051674.
They told me that they will deliver the product within 7-8 working days.
Today 18 days have passed but no response from their side. I have also applied for refund but no response from their side.
Please sir help me for getting my refund.
