I have ordered one shoes pair through online portal of India today book Club (ITBC) order no 997742881 on 15th January-2010, under the offer submitted to me on my e-mail address by ITBC and i have paid Rs. 1198/- through credit card. Till date i have not been delivered the product not any money refunded.
I have made several e-mail communications with the comany but till date the amount is not refunded, in reply to all my mails a monotonus response is given that the refund instruction in forarded to accounts department and i should get my money back in few days time. It is 6 montsh now and i am still waiting for the refund.
I would like to inform all concern persons who might get lured to such attractive offers from ITBC and get punished like me.
Since i lost all hopes of recovery i decided to go to consumer forum. Hope i will get the money back and get relived from the trauma i am facing for past 6 months.

I had given an order on phone (call from ITBC) on 20th April 2009.
The order no is:- OGA090037183
I paid 5999/- Rs by credit card.
But till now I did not get any voucher or the anything regarding to that order.
I had call to ITBC on 3/7/09 (Mr.Amit) and asked him about the status. He told me that he will forward my complaint and rearrange to send my order.
But till today I do not get any response from ITBC.
I again called to ITBC (Mr.Sarabjeet), and he told me that my parcel(voucher packet) is misplaced... dispatched from you but neither reached to me nor to ITBC.
After giving order to ITBC in April there was call from you for Address Confirmation, and the correct Address was given to you. Then how it happened ?
I requested ITBC to please Cancel my order and refund money to my account.As Mr. Sarabjeet told me I am expecting the refund of money in 21 days.
I mailed 7 mail to ITBC asking to repay my money.

Please register my case and help me........

My name is Linto. Two weeks ago I placed an order for a Reebok Hexride shoe of Rs.2999. I had chosed the option 'Cash On Delivery' while booking. On 25-8-11 i got a confirmation message saying that my product has been dispatched on 24-08-11 and the order number is 273802, Reference booking Id is 1009402901, consignment number is 1104720.
On 5-09-11 I went to the post office to receive my product. I paid them Rs.3149 including postal fee. When I opened the packet at home there was no shoe. Instead there was some waste papers and a torn text book which had a similar weight of a shoe. So no one can understand this cheating without opening it. So I paid Rs.3149 just for some wastes. I never thought Bagittoday.com will do this kind of cheating.
I contacted the customer care and they told me to send the Invoice to response@bagittoday.com. I dont know whether they are doing this just for a name sake. But still waiting with a hope. If someone can help me regarding this please help....
