I have booked on line an order for books on IndiaPlaza a Banglore based company on 14th of May 2010.They have charged my credit card for Rs.326/- .On 26th May I recieved SMs that the material has been shipped.When I did not recieve anything after 10 days,I visited their site & registered querry there.They sent message that after two days they would resolve the querry.Nothing happened & I went on registering querrries with no result.Then I found their phone no.0804061700.I called at this number many times but found no reply.However one day some lady answered me & I told her my greivences.She asked me the order details & told me to wait on phone for some time.After some time she told that the net is giving trouble & she would check afterwards & intimate on my mobile later.That good day has not come yet.I also send Email on customerservice@indiaplaza.in but got no reply yet.It therefore appears that they are cheaters.

There are three books namely Accused,Get the colour of law and Theodore boone have to be sent by you.The material(packet) which has been recieved ,only one book namely Theodore Bone was available.Why the other books have not been sent.The payment Rs.326/- was charged for the aforesaid three books as advertised by you on you site.All this indicate that India Plaza in practicing cheating only.

My order # 11967 is not yet shipped even after 1 month. I have tried to reach your number several times and I have reached only the voice mail always. I once contacted the India office and they said they will get back to me.
Then my ticket got updated as my order will be shipped by July. But still the status is Ready to Ship. Now even the India office number is not reachable.

Can somebody help how I can take legal action in the USA?

I orfered a product with Indiaplaza - order number IN1408100478. i am unable to track it online, no replies to phone calls or emails. i have paid for the product but have no response at all,

This is to inform you all that a parcel of Mobile phone was booked in my name from Germany Leubeck vide R.No.1608100423 to Rajkot (Gujarat) 40 days back. But till date I have not received my parcel.

Even after repeated calls to Indiaplaza,I have not received the same. And now if I do not receive my parcel in short period I shall be compelled to file Police complaint against them.

One should take serious note of this letter.

I have ordered a product in indiaplaza,com 15 days back but the status is still in ready to ship only .the ticket num:CNT14053479793372 no proper reply from customer care

I had placed an order No IN1009100122 with India Plaza on 10 Sep 10. As per their shipping policy the item is to be shipped within 7 working days of the order being placed. It has been 17 days neither has the item been shipped till date nor have my requests of processing a refund been taken into account. I have made several calls to their customer care but I get a standard response that item is out of stock with supplier and we have referred the same to our supplier. did not place the order with their supplier, that is their problem. I think we all should be beware of this online fraud portal and stay away from it.

I had placed an order from Indiaplaza.... now I am repenting for my mistake ever... these guys are patthettic.. there is no one to answer the calls and no where to track the order.... I bought through India plaza and this people they sned me a message for my ticket say they will follow it up in two day,
I send my message again no reply, I called them they are asking me to wait whole day,

I will wait two more days if I am not receiving my product I am going to file a case with consumer court,

The company Online Shopping | Indiaplaza, which does online commerce is fake and fraud. They charge the credit card without being authenticated online by the banks website, there is no shipment, the customer Support and Service 91-80-25208795 gives no response.

I had some reward points on my credit card which I redeemed by ordering a Morphy Richards Sandwich maker at IndiaPlaza on 29th Dec'10.
The expected date of delivery given was 5th Jan'11. When I did not get any response from the India Plaza team even by 6th Jan'11, I raised a query on 6th Jan'11. Immediately on raising the ticket, I got an SMS that the ticket will be resolved by 7th Jan'11 but till date the query status shows as "Open".

In the meantime, I had called up their call centre on 11th Jan'11 and the lady told me that the issue will be resolved by 12th Jan'11. But till the time of writing this post (16th Jan'11), neither they have replied to the ticket raised on 6th Jan'11 nor have they shipped the item.

There needs to be some mechanism to control these type of sham companies who take customers for a ride.
My advice to people looking for buying anything online: DO NOT TRANSACT WITH INDIAPLAZA.

I just need my refund Or I have to lodge complaint in Police in Mumbai Cyber Crime for fraud & Cheats.

i ordered apple cider vinegar on 9th of April 2011 vide order No: IN0904110321. more than one month has passed but i didnt received the same yet. the customer care replied my one querry, i was told that i will be informed about the status of my order within two days and im waiting for those two days to pass. i suggest everybody not to shop on india plaza. they making people fool.

I purchased a Nokia phone via Order no. IN0410110031 on 4th Oct'11 , As per them Mobile will get delivered in 3 days but after 5 days the courier no. they gave was showing as invalid Awb no..
After writing to them they reverted on first time but after since then they never replied back again even after 5 days has gine from the day first complaint filing.

Also there customer no. gets picked up atleast in 20-25 minutes & then they say that call will made by them after checking out the status.

In last 4 days i've wasted atleast Rs.200 in waiting for there customer care to response & have just got lucky to talk them once in this waste of money.

Really thinking about my hard earned money, If they do not deliver it in next 2 days will be filing a Legal case on them for mental harrassment & fraud company operations.

I had ordered a samsung mpower tv s239 on14/10/11order no. SM1310111812 by using my debit card i had paid the amount than i recieved a mail that order will be delivered on 16/10/11 & on 17th i got a mail from some Mr. Kumar that product is not available plz order anything else place of that i checked the website but product was showing still available i replied him to plz delivered the order since than i tried 2 or 3 times on there # 08049091234 but they put me on hold & nobody replies with that i also made a query on there website & got the answer that it will be resolved in 24 hours nothing happened & suddenly today when i checked online my order is showing canceled on 18/10/11 i again tried on their contact no. no response was there neither on phone nor at website.

help me out what can i do
