This is absolute pity to see that your esteemed outlets are giving customers so much of problem that the customer gets irritated.
The incidence occured when one of your outlet address :- Regimental plaza, Nasik Road, nasik-422101 refused to return one trouser of which colour faded in two wash, and the white spot emerged at the bottom.(Charlies outlaw)

The bill no. is 002017211726 dated 01/04/2010 trouser cost after discount is Rs. 750/- When I wanted to return the same the store man told that some acid fell on the trouser that is why the colour faded and he refused to return or exchange the same. Since it was washed at home there is no questio of some sort of acid.

i want to request you to consider the request and look into the matter at the earliest, otherwise i will go to some higher decisive organisation.
