Sir I have brought lee cooper shoes from The Great India Palace Mall (GIP) Noida from Shoppers Stop's Lee Cooper outlet on 6th December 2011,the vendor told me the shoes will be replaced within 3 months if there is any problem ,within 2 days the right feet shoe got teared, I went to them for replacement they refuse to do so saying that its not a manufacturing defect and it got teared by blade although there is nothing like that i just wore it for 2 hours and it got teared.The value of the shoes is RS 2300.Kindly help in the same.
