I took a short green brown kurti from MISS INDIA (address:II-J-208 central market, lajpat nagar, new delhi - 24 phone 011-40167181, 011-46115280) for mrp 1425/- on 25 oct'2011. after purchasing the same i found hat it was torn from diffrent places, i called up the shopkeper and told him the same that the kurti was damaged, so he asked to get the same he will get the same repaired / exchanged whatever possible. now the kurti is with them for quite a long time it is still not repaired nor he is giving me the new piece.

please help.
