Sir / Madam,

I bought through naaptol (telephonic order) one kids laptop, two walkie talkie and one wrist watch for kids in one order on 22.06.2010 against the order no. 503412. I paid the amount cash on delivery as per their rule. But when I opened my pack I was shocked to see that only lids laptop was ok and the walkie talkie was nothing but a set of dummy plastic toy and watch was fully damaged. Then I called on their no. they promised me that by the end of week they will give me the address where I have to send all this back and in next ten days I will receive the order back with repaired one. But at the same time cost I have to bear. Earlier was not agreed and we have some heated discussion but later on since I have no choice, agreed on paying the cost. But till today I haven't received neither any mail nor any call for their side.

I am feeling cheated by the company. So, I am requesting you to suggest me where should I registered my case of mental and physical harrasment as well as cheating against the company.
