This naidu hall at velachery is worst in customer service.I bought clothes for my kid for Rs 3000 and odd amount.Even while paying the amount by debit card,they made me stand for half an hour .One dress of rs.515 didnt fit to my daughter and I tried to give to some other kids.But unfortunately I didnt find any girl baby of that size.I went to exchange in next 2 days.They told they can exchange only after 11 am.After I questioned they got and told they cannot exchange without the tag.The tag is prepared by them and it is not that they cannot exchange without tag.I felt very bad and came off.
