i have ordered the digital camara with shopping indiatimes.com after seeing the advertisement in Time of india, on 15th June 2010. they have collected the money by me through the credit card after that they told me that your product will dispatch within 10 days but i did not get the product after 10 days i again called them regarding this they told that, ok we will take this as complaint so within another two day you will get the product, i waited the another today, after that also i didnt get any information about the dispatch of the product . . whenever i called them know they are telling that another 7 days require to get a proper information regarding the produt.......because of this my birthday was good, i missed my trips photos. i had a greate desire that i will get camara and i will celeberate the my birthday memorable as well my trip also. but all these thing are became only dreams in my life because of shopping indiatime.com .........i have recorded the all the conversation which i made with the indiatimes.com exicutives. hence please please help out how to handle this and how to avoid this............they are cheating us by having the nation name as india..........
