i went to this pantaloons mantri mall while we were billing we dint have the parking card to redeem it we requested the cashier if he can do it without the card since we pantaloons in delhi assisted us with the same .he could have replied me professionally...he started with an arguement saying that we are lying that we got it redeemed in delhi...he jus dint get down with his arguement at all...can someone in the managemnt teach these guys how to talk to customers....we spend money for happiness but when that is ruined by these kind of uncultured people it is very much hurting...they dont have any rights to hurt us personally by telling that we are liars....wat do they they know about us?how can they just tell what they feel like....?is there something called courtesy????????i definitely want an apology from them....he was jus not ready to give up the arguement and there was another uncultured lady who was behind us asking us to leave even before we were not done with our billing and those guys dint want to give any response even when they see the chaos between customers because of them....but he jus wanted to finish his billing so that money doesnt go out of their shop.....what the hell is alll this??????????
