i've have to register my complaint against "Planet M" from where i've purchased "Samsung Corby Plus" on August 25,2010 its seal was broken so I asked for a fresh handset but he said that he did not have a fresh sealed handset. So i asked for a software CD provided with handset from Samsung company but he forbade and said "it is not being provided and don't worry sir, i'll arrange it". I brought a "Samsung Corby Plus" handset and bring it at home when i reached at home and opened the box containing handset and its accessories, I found that there was no user guide. when i asked for software CD from other dealer, he said "It is being provided with handset"
so i again contact "Planet M" chowk, lucknow and asked for software CD, the dealer asked me to come and take the software CD. I took the software CD and came back at home. When i checked that CD at my PC, it was not for my handset. they are just doing fraud with me...
so i want a favourable judgement for my problem.

This is regarding a DVD purchased by me from Planet M at Chembur.
On Saturday 4th Sept. 2010 I purchased Two DVDs of movie ‘3 Idiots’ and ‘Avatar’ from Planet M shop at shop no 1, 3A Vijay Vihar society, Sion trombay road, Chembur, Mumbai 400071.
I played both the DVDs and Avatar dvd showed me a NO DISC sign. I immediately went to the shop and told the shop keeper about it. He then played it on his DVD player in the shop and to my surprise it played successfully. He then explained that there is something called as Region code in every DVD and the one in the shop is a ALL REGION DVD. I said that the fact that it doesn’t play on my DVD, it is of no use to me, hence I asked him for a refund or exchange with some other DVD. He refused to do it saying that it is already billed and loaded in the system and he can do nothing about it. I told him that he should have told me before making a purchase that these DVDs play only on certain Dvd players. Why was I no given a proper information before buying such a DVD? What do I do with that DVD now? That DVD is worth Rs 499.00, is just a waste?
I strict action should be taken as this will spoil the name of Planet M, and many more customers will be duped and cheated buying such DVDs from their hard earned money.
