Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is to bring to your notice that we bought 385sq foot of Kajaria floor tiles Grade: premium, Item code:6019, from Guru Nanak Marble Industries, Rajori Garden on 23rd July 2010. But I'm sorry to say that the vitrified tiles are of very poor quality. Earlier we had bought the same tiles(around 400sq foot) from mangolpuri for which we had no complaints.On talking to the company's Regional Manager Marketing i.e.Mr.Rana, a representative was sent to our place to observe the tiles. He also found the tiles to be defected but still no action has been taken as yet. I would therefore request you to take necessary action at the earliest.
